There a guy here in town that keeps Cobras and also Reefs, there are cobra forums like fish forums, they get very very into it. And most of them DO keep antivenom on hand. same way we have our reef/buddies they have thier cobra buddies.

apparently you do not know much about snakes.. a cobra will not hunt out something bigger than it is they will hardly hunt at all.., they have fangs.. it would go hide under your stove or something.. and you'd walk buy and would go after your foot..
and sharkboy.. i'd buy it in a second... never hold it.. and hold wrestling matches between it and rats
.. just hope you don't have a mongoose..

No thanks on a Cobra. However, I always wanted a pet alligator like Don Johnson's that he had on Miami Vice. I believe it's name was Elvis!!

That's a beautiful snake. I've told my honey that we should just give up on everything else and raise reptiles and fish. That would be our heaven, for sure.

Hell...why not? If it was something fish related and we had the money, we'd all do it. It's the same thing, just with reptile nerds (like us fish nerds).
I'm about to aquire a 4.5' Albino Burmese Python, from a friend who doesn't want it anymore. Anyone have any idea how much those are worth? I have no clue.

Somewhere between $100-$300 maybe, don't really know but albino is pretty cheap for Burmese, nothing like an albino ball python. How long has he had this snake? 4.5 feet seems pretty small unless it's not very old. And that snake is awesome, I've seen some pics of albino cobras before and you can see their blood and all the meals they have eaten as dark spots due to how thin they are.

AW, typically albinos sell for about $250 each but at the size uve got im guessing $500-650 would be a fairly honest asking price
