Ok, for disputes:
I just got in some sand from someone, who advertised it as sugar sized, pure white oollite sand. the stuff is brown, half/half small particle large particle sand--almost the same color and consistancy as the sand they use for sanding roads. the guy says i can send it back for a refund of the sand, but then i'm out $10 to get it here, $10 to get it back to him, just to get a $15 credit.
any thoughts?

the picture is a picture of the sand. take a cup full of it and look at it in water under the aquarium lights and it looks much better. if you dont want to send it back i can offer a 15% REFUND. what i sugest is to put the new sand on the bottom and add the other sand back on top. it should look great. lots of people really like the sand. if check my feedback. there is not a single complaint about color. keep in mind that the sand will change color. most of the sand we send comes from the bottom layers of sand where the black denitrofying bacteria are and it does discolor the sand. exposure to sunlight will lighten the color. if not you can send it back and i will refund you five dollars of the shipping money plus the product cost

I sell frogs on the internet that turns into a prince too. I'd send it back, and tell him, you refund you all the money, and you will pay to send it back.
