PC Bulbs??

Just curious on which bulbs are the best to use, as far as light intensity and health of the animals.
1) 10K
2) 7100 blue
3) 03 actinics
4) 50/50's
Is it correct that the 03 are the true actinics and are much better than the 7100's? Also, are the 50/50 any good, or are they junk?
I ask because it is time to replace my bulbs. I have 3 55 watt pc. I would like to 50% white and 50% actinic. I was thinking 1-10,000; 1-03; 1-50/50. But, I think I remember someone saying 50/50's are no good.

That is what I was thinking of doing. I have heard that the 03 were the true actinics and the 7100 were blue colored. Thus the 03 will give better and deeper intensity.
So, 1-10k 2-03's should be about the best setup, as far as quality light for the corals, ect?
Also, what about other white bulbs? 6,500, 8,800?
Are the 6,500 better than 10,000 in pc, just as they are generally considered in MH??
