PC lighting question

I bought an Odyssea 48" 260W PC light off of an

[hr]
site shortly after getting my tank last year. It has 2 65W 12000K daylight bulbs and 2 65W True Actinic bulbs.
Would it be better (I am contemplating a reef and/or an anemone) to change out the actinic bulbs and get 2 more daylight bulbs? Would this give off more/more intense light?

I think I have this exact fixture. I have no idea what's best for it. I was under the impression that it was a relatively low quality fixture, but I don't really know where it stacks up against other lighting options or how best to adjust color range.
I do know that these days, actinic lights are mostly for the benefit of achieving cosmetic looks rather than really being particularly important for coral health, because we have little problem these days producing the needed spectrum and intensities (though whether the daylights on this fixture really do this successfuly, I have no idea).

The bulbs you have in there will be fine for lower light corals. Mushrooms, ricordea, zoanthids and most LPS will do quite well under it. Might be able to keep more demanding light lovers near the surface but probably not clams or sps, at least not long term.
