PC Lighting

I recently purchased the Current-USA Dual satellite which includes 4 dual bulbs at 65 watts. Now is this a total of 260 watts per tank or 520 watts per tank? I don't want to fry my shrooms because there is to much light. The bulbs are sunpaq, 2 10,000k and 2 actinic blue. They are the double bulbs not the long ones. Thanks for your help.

Each bulb is only 65 watts, so you'll have 260W total. The bulb is bent in a U-shape where both ends terminate right next to each other.
