PD's New Frag Tank

Hey guys,
I have had my 10 gal tank set up and running for over a year now. But, I didnt really have a need for it so it just sat there. I decided to turn it into a frag tank, total out of pocket cost... $15.00.
I tore apart my bio cube hood and retrofitted the lights into 2 std 10 gal light hoods. I took the reflector out, cut it and bent it to make a parabolic contour for each bulb, (better than nothing). An Aqua Clear 70 filter, 50W stealth heater, MJ 900 PH, egg crate and PVC pipe.
Its in the frag test phase right now and will be for a couple of weeks. If everything looks good I will transfer all my over stocked frags to here. Lighting is 2, 36 watt PC 50/50's for now. Frags are approx 5" below the lights, 72 watts total... pleanty for zoas and lps.

This is a frag tray I made for my bio cube with some of my over stocked frags on it. This will be one of the transferred things once the frag tank passes the test.

Thanks guys... its a fun little project. It doesnt have to be pretty, but there is a fair amount of weekly maintenance with it. And daily top offs are a must, that small amount of water the S.G. swings are major if you dont top off every day. And now I got a spot for all my frags, they are getting out of hand in my bio cube. 2 weeks and more pics will be coming.

Ok so new frag picked up last night and it went into my frag tank..

Oh and I smell a 40gal breeder in the very near future to be set up as my main frag tank... Shhhhhhh.

Ok sooooo this was an interesting weekend..

AFTER.... WEEEEEE... 40 gal breeder tank, cpr HOB refug, D&D typhoon skimmer, stealth heater... items you cant see, Aquaclear 70 filter, Nova Extreme Pro 6 bulb HO T-5 fixture, 2 Hydor Koralia's.
