Peaceful Hawkfish?????

I am thinking of adding a hawkfish to my tank. I would like to add a spotted pixy hawkfish and I want to know how aggressive they are towards other fish. The tank will have a perc clown, clown goby, and a firefish. I don't have any of these fish yet, since my tank is still cycling. The tank is a 20 gallon, would a hawkfish be too much, I dont' plan on putting him in there for quite some time.
Also I was thinking about a flame hawkfish, but I thought maybe it would be too big for my tank. Another thing is that the tank will have some shrimp in there, will that be a huge problem to have with the fish. I would like to hear from anyone that has experience with these fish. I have read all the basic info I could on the internet, and first hand info would be nice now. Thank you

My 0.02 cents.
Great fish, the FLAME HAWKFISH. Got along great with many other fish big and small in the community, healthy, hardy, and so much fun to watch him perch and see those big eyes. I had success with inverts because there were no shrimp in there, and I added the hermits and snails before him, so he never bothered anything at all.
THEN, I tried to add a huge (much larger than he was) cleaner shrimp. Well, that triggered his natural instincts, he killed the shrimp, and soon after began to ignore the flakes, brine, and pellets he gorged on, and attacked hermits and snails, sadly, I had too many inverts, had to take him to the LFS, but I miss him. If I had a smaller system, i would love to do a species only with the FLAME. Hope that helps.
