Thanks Everybody!!! I bought him for $25. I think everyone in the hobby needs to have one setup in a species only tank. They are fascinating!!!

13.99 for a peacock is an AWESOME price, are you sure on the ID? Anyway not all mantis shrimps strike at the power of a .22 caliber Bullet, just the alrger ones, ie a 5-6" peacock would most likely strike with that force.

its sooooo ugly but beautiful at the same time... the coloration is awesome... i want one but it would probably break my tank and i wouldnt know where to find one....
