hey guys...

I'm just wondering if any of u have a pencil urchin and if so does it bother your corals? I already have the urchin and have decided to get some corals and i know they say they are not reef safe so if that's true I will be getting rid of the urchin...just wanted to check before I do anything thanks

I've seen them eat zoas and mushrooms. I'd re home him. Tuxedo urchins are reef safe but if you don't glue your frags down they will carry them around.

He's tough to spot feed he really hides well in rocks...sucks because he's very pretty and I'd like to keep him

I don't really need a tuxedo I already have a long and short spine so I'm good on urchins

The likelyhood of a Pencil Urchin eating coral is high. What types of corals do you plan on keeping?

I figured the likelihood was high so I figured I should ask...and considering that it is high I'm just gonna rehome him...I was considering my sump but I'm afraid he is going to clog the return PVC hole lol

Just gonna start with zoas though and play it by ear from there I have no plan really
