People From Hawaii!!!!!!????

OK, im going to HAWAII this summer on vacation and the exact island were going to is maui... and im going with my family and all but its going to be like a month after my parents anniversary and a few days before my moms b-day so i was wanting some opinions on a VERY VERY VERY NICE resturaunt i could take them to (price does not matter) they dont really like seafood to much??? but they do love steak and if you could give me a really expensive and good resturaunt i could take them to that would make them remember it forever!!!!

Maybe just nobody that lives in Hawaii. My wife has 3 studios in Honolulu. I could ask her if anyone knows of an upscale restaurant on Maui. She is going to Honolulu again next week. I'll have her bring back a dining guide for Maui.

i went with people tp people last year to hawaii, the program was supposed to make us understand "hawaiian culture" so guess what the only real resturant we went to ? planent hollywood!! really cultural, but we also went to a luau (dont kno how to spell it) theres was a really cool show, hawaiian dancing, fire stuff, and tons of other stuff, try to see if you can find some place like that

People to people!? They invited me to go to Australia one time with them! But it cost alot though and I was in 6th grade when they invited me. If they invited me today I would be like hella yeah! But what did you all do?

My wife is in Honolulu right now. I pick her up tonight at 11:00. I asked her to pick up a diners guide for Maui and she said she would look for one. If I have any info I'll post it tomorrow.

Let me pull out some of my Maui stuff tomorrow & I'll see what I can find for you. Since they are steak people they might not appreciate some of the Hawaiian cuisine & for gawd's sake don't try to feed them poi. We lived on Oahu for many years (hubby born & raised there) & Maui was always a favorite spot to go. If you know where you are staying there that helps also, because some of the resorts have some 5 star restaurants & we could likely find somewhere close to where you are staying.
