Anyone have any experience with these guys eating aiptasia ? I thought I got rid of it when I re-did the rocks but I have had like 4 of them pop up over the last week to where I cant reach them to inject or blast them with hot water. They are pretty expensive here so I don't want to get them for no reason. And will anything else I have eat them?
5 nems, 3 rock flower, 1 rose bubble tip, and 1 condy.
2 clowns, 2 firefish, 1 sixline and a bi-color blenny.
A sea hair and a bunch of hermits and a few snails.

An anemone will eat anything dumb enough to crawl over it...and shrimp do.
Peppermint shrimp will eat aptasia but only the baby ones that crop up. Not the big ones. If you have fish only...I know chocolate chip stars will eat majano and they may eat the aptasia, I don't know for sure.

I have corals to, so i can't get the star fish. I have a little orange star fish in there somewhere to but he don't seem to do much of anything. Is it worth the 50$ investment to get 5 or 6 of these ? I know taking apart these rocks is really getting annoying.

wow.. why so expensive in Texas? I would just get couple of them and they will do the job in time.
How big is your tank btw? In S.FL, it's 3.xx per one.

I'm way up in the top of the state by Dallas. So I'm guessing its shipping that makes everything here so much. There between 9.99-12.99 if anyone ever gets them in.

Wow, that's crazy. I know alot of members here that are from Texas. Why don't you create a thread to see who else is interested and you guys can split the costs? Just a thought and may not work out but doesn't hurt to try.

I did see that lol but I'm waiting for them to do a good free shipping with ur whole order thing. There's some other corals i want to get to. The 20$ tang deal is a pretty good one but I think I should add some rock or at least a sanded to my big tank before u go get fish for it.

I actually honestly meant to say that and split the cost. That's what I get when I don't sleep. My thought process gets into a terrible state of dumbness.

lol nice. Be sure to keep yourself well hydrated with that. Almost had a kidney failure WHILE back from dehydration after drinking 4-5 large cans of that minus drinking any water while moving about 1000 totes for walgreens. (1 manager was sick so I covered for him after rx over night, yay double shift.
)
