Definitely peps...
Camel Shrimp (Rhynchocinetes durbanensis) have a long, hinged rostrum (beak) and large black eyes, not to mention the "humped" back. Their red and white stripes are also much bolder than Lysmata wurdemanni. Also, mature peps have a black tail (those pictured are not mature).
