peppermint shrimp question

Do peppermint shrimps eat fish?

Not unless they are dead...LOL....and only then they pick on them....they are good aptasia eaters usually...and scavengers

i just picked 2 of them up to add them to my cuc. Some lady in front of me said that they ate all of her fishes, i was like wtf, it's peppermint shrimp

LOL.....the fish probably died and they were snacking...

Yeah, what Meowzer said. Usually they'll do their job and eat a fish once it's dead. I've had experience with these things doing a decent job on getting rid of aptasia.......and some small coral polyps (zoas, yellow polyps, etc).... I don't use them no more

My experience is they only go for aiptasia if it's small.
