I bought a peppermint shimp a few days ago to try to get rid of a few aptasia's, and my ? is will this shrimp also serve as a cleaner to my fish? The fish are a 6-line and a orchid dottyback.

yes they will also clean but only if the fish let's it...mine cleaned my hand and fingernails when i let it.

Mine only comes out when the lights are off. Does your come out with the lights on? If so does this just take some time.

not really he stays under a rock cave with the lights on ....i have heard of people on here using food to lure them out and basically "train" them to come out with the lights on

Off subject but Payton I noticed under your name it says "Pit lover". Are you referring to American Pitbull Terriers?

i have 3 in my tank they are always out,but they are most active at night,they also arent scared of my hands,infact they come right up on me,great shrimp to have.

Payton I have 20+. My true passion is bulldogs but my wife loves the SW thing so I try to help her as much as possiable.

Hey 24#1,
I'm not so sure 3 American Pitbulls are the best things to have in a nano, it might be kinda tight.
