Peppermints?

What opinions do people have about Peppermint Shrimp? I heard that eat more just then aptasia. Other corals and such. Any problems with these guys?

by some peoples terms i have an over abundance of them in my reef's. my 180 has 25 in it and my 29 has 6. never had a problem out of them at all.

I have 5 in a 55g. They are fun to watch. The only problem with mine is that they like to go after the feather dusters.

What do you mean some? I have a friend that one that ate his aptasia(good), but also ate his button polyps. How do I lnow which ones to get? Are there different kinds?

allot of places sell camel back shrimp Rhynchocinetes Durbanensis as pep's and they will eat polyps and will not eat aiptasia.
Lysmata wurdemanni are the true Peppermint shrimp and eat aiptasia and do not harm other corals or pick at your feather dusters.
the camel back come from the Pacific and the Peppermint come from the Caribian
