peppers and choc chip

My pepper tries to pick at the cc star. the star is new to the tank. is this a normalcy? what to do? the peppers already pulled one herm crab out and ate it. these peppers are aggressive.

peppermint shrimp you are right. called a pepper for short. are you seeing this happen in your tank?

no thats why im curius if they mabie arnt camelback shrimp they look very simular

the camel moves different then the pepper and to me looks different.

ok then if your sure its peppermint that u have then i would say this is not normal behaviore unless the hermit crab was dead

i saw that crab walking and then a few hours later the shrimp had this white body it was munching on. can't say if the crab died or not.
I am concerned that the shrimp is messing with the cc star.
