yes either bigger or smaller, cuts down on the domonance factor. If their are the same size they will fight until one becomes female and grows larger.
I just added my second clown, and it was love at first sight. Both about same size, new one alittle smallerIt didn't go so well when i added a much smaller GSM with my other one, so am so glad this is working. Good luck.
