percula with ich?

I think my percula has ich but I am not sure. It is currenlty in my QT with 1 yellow damselfish and 1 green chromis. All 3 are new and have been in the QT for 1 week. The percula has 1 white spot below his mouth on his "chin". I had ich before with other fish (dead now) but the spot on the percula looks too big.
Any suggestions?

keep them in the QT tank and treat it with ich treatment, then see if it goes away in a week or so

Look in the sticky "Diseased fish" and see if it is lymphocyctis possibly... That is what my one percula has I beleive.
