I recently bought a lighting system that includes 2 x 250w metal halide bulbs and 4ho t5 bulbs. I'm trying to find the perfect blend of bulbs that would be most beneficial to my corals. Right now i have 4 ATI Auquablue Special bulbs for the t5's and the stock metal halides. I only run the halides a few hours a day and the rest of the time it seems too blue. Any suggestions on combinations to not only make the tank aesthetically pleasing, but also beneficial for the corals?
