I took him back to *****, and they are treating him for Mycoplasma :jumping: :cheer: . They gave ma tnother one, and i then got even nother one for him to have a companion today. They are so cute, the clean each other and crap, and they really do like each others company. :scared: :scared:  But yeah, maybe it is just scared about the change in food and handling-ness (???) and the wierd guy who posted the "dark Lord thing... (weirdo....).....lol :notsure:

:) Our rat would just hang out on her wire cage even when opened (she was the class pet & I would let her out of the cage to roam if I were teaching a lesson next to the cage). She would explore the cage but not run away...just happy to hang out.
I always would make a clicking noise with my mouth & she'd come to me when I did that.
That's about as technical as we got :)

My husband thinks I'm nuts b/c I said the only type of rodent-pet I will allow for our kids is a rat. He says, what about a cute hamster? No WAY, they bite so much! A mouse? No thanks, they bite. A rat? YOU BET!
Know what you mean about hamsters, personally Id rather have a rat. They are a lot smarter than people think and can be trained to do basic tricks most even seem to have a sense of loyalty to thier owners.
