PH keeps drifting DOWN

Our PH keeps drifting down...we get it just right - purchase a PH maintainer powder and the next day it drifts down to 8.0 What product can we use for saltwater that will up the PH? ThANKS~!

I know pH fluctuates during the course of the day. It gets lower when the lights are off. Are you testing at the same time and after the lights have been on? I'd test right before I turn off my lights for the day.

Check your alk and your calcium... these are pH buffers, and will help keep it costant.

have you tested your alkalinity with a dkH test kit?

Agreed, you need alkalinity and calcium measurements...SERIOUSLY...Do NOT add any more pH buffers or anything until you get these readings. You can really mess things up if you are not testing for what you are adding.
But I am not sure what you are trying to do? A pH of 8.0 is perfectly normal!?!?!?!
