What is the best way to raise the PH level in a salt water set in a 24 gal. Aquapod? I just did a 25% water change the night before and the PH reading is 7.7.

Welcome to the site!
First make sure your test kit isn't outdated..look for an expiration date on the box. Even better take a water sample to a fish store to double check your readings.
They do sell PH buffers, just follow the directions on the container. That is just a quick fix to get things where they should be. When you buy the PH buffer also buy some reef builder. When you do top offs of RO water add a small bit of the reef builder to the RO water. That will keep your alkalinity at the right level and stabilize your PH.

first of all be sure to check the pH just before lights out.
PH goes down as carbon dioxide goes up. Carbon dioxide is consumed by the various algaes hence pH rises to some level after the lights are turned on and then drop down again at night.
Buffers like baking soda raise alk which is the tank ability to tollerate more acid(carbon dioxide) before a pH drop. So buffers will tend to limit the nightly pH drop but IMHO getting the pH up requires removing the carbon dioxide.
what I do is use live macro algaes (in a refugium) to consume the carbon dioxide so the tank becomes a net consumer of carbon dioxide and producer of oxygen every 24 hour period. With the api high range test kit my tank is 8.4-8.8 just before lights out.
then measure alk and dose to keep that at 8-10 DKH or so.
