ph needs help

my PH is 8.6 and my amonia is 1.0 nitrite 0 nitrate0. I don't know what is wrong.
45gal tank
1- 10lb LR
1- 7lb LR
4 damsels
I don't know what my levels should be
Please help

How old is your tank? Those levels are consistent with a tank that is cycling.
Did you just add the live rock?
Did you just add all 4 fish at once?
How much of what are you feeding?
Can you see anything dead? Like snails or sponges?
I'd suggest a dose of AmQuel to keep everything alive followed by daily water changes until you find the problem and fix it.
