Ph problem need quick help

I am setting up my tank now. Using instant ocean and carib sea aragonite 120 lb total for 150 gal tank. My ph is at the low end of the test kit API High Range test kit. I tried my swimming pool ph kit and according to it it is about 8.0. Is the swimming pool ph kit more accurate or is saltwater different? Really in a jam because I also have lr to introduce in the tank. HELP

There is NO reason to worry about the PH for now... or for the next 4-6 weeks... until the cycle is complete.
After the tank is fully cycled and you have done your first good water change... then test it.
