I have been slowly adding the salt to the water and I finally go it to the proper salt level, however the PH is 9.13 and seems not to wanna go down.
Should I wait or add PH down..I would like to add fish this weekend

WAIT and defintly add ph down. Can u get RO water?? It's much easier then trying to get the salt mix right plus you won't get alage as bad with th RO.

if you just started the tank don't do anything until its cycled. its probably just a combination of your water and salt mix, to start your cycle just throw in some flake food and let it decay. after the cycle starts your levels should start to fall in line without using chemicals.

I'm using RO/DI water..the Ro/Di water was at a 6.0 ph..then I added the salt and the ph jumped to 9.13..
I'm Also going to add Fritz Zym a cycle booster bacteria soon..right before I add the fish

You need to slow down. You must cycle your tank before adding fish or they will most likely die. Only the hardiest of saltwater fish can withstand the effects of going through the cycle process. And it is not advisable since it is really hard on them. You may want do some more research on the cycle process before you buy any fish. This hobby is already expensive enough without wasting money on fish dying.
