phos reactor

The Phosban Reactor 150 would probably be too small and not have enough room for the media needed to process that volume of water.
There are some larger units on the market designed to handle tanks of your size. MRC makes one, so does Deltec, and some other upscale reef equipment manufacturers.
Though if you're restricted by a budget, you could always try DIYing one out of 4-1/2" acrylic tube and 4" PVC fittings (that size tube fits perfectly inside of 4" PVC fittings) for about $50.

I have one of MRC fluidize chamber but i used it for carbon because i thought it would cost alot to fill with enough phosban for my system. If i buy another chamber for phos, How full should it be for my system. That is a pretty big chamber

the phosban 150 is a reactor, rowaphos is a better media. I use a phosban and run it ever so often. Its not a bad reactor and its pretty cheap.

But would it be big enough for a 180 and a 100 gallon reef sump

I run one of this reactor in my tank. The model phosban 150 is good up to 150 gallon tank according to the instructions.
Capacity, use with minimum 130 grams (250 ml) or up to 200 grams (385 ml) of phosban.
The maximum recommended flow rate is:
80 gal/hr = 300 l/hr for 130 grams phosban
90 gal/hr = 342 l/hr for 200 grams. HTH

Personally id try the phos 150 first. They are so cheap compared to getting a bigger reaction chamber. LOL at the cost of 30 bucks each you could get a couple and still come out ahead.
