Phosban 150 Reactor question

I just purchased a phosban 150 reactor for my 55gal tank is it safe to put it on then like a day after put some fish in there or should I wait.

If your putting phosban in the reactor it's no problem. Just make sure you rinse the phosban a bit to remove the dust. The phosban needs to be in a sock or it will just pour out.
