just get some rods food and dislove it in your tank water first it had squid, octopus brine myris and kelp, garlic, welll lets just say it have everything you need, but go easy on it because it is highly concentrated.

there shouldn't be detectable phosphates. there must be an underlying issue. phosphates of that level won't kill fish or motile inverts. difficult corals might show some signs of stress though.

yes, po4 is the chemical term for phosphates
to grow your own brine, you need to buy brine eggs and a hatching station. if your roommate wont let you use her blender, i doubt she'll let you keep a bubbling station of hatching invertebrates laying around somewhere.
