Here is mine....shot with a Canon G5...no flash/macro mode/manual aperture adjustment...ISO 100...
A single red 'shroom and several "dragon eye" zooanthids.

i dont know what type of camera buts its not a good one..... cleaner shrimp in cave with part of a CB angle

Very nice look.....I like it.......I've tried numerous times to capture my shrimp( blood reds....cleaners....pistols.....sexy's).....I've found them very difficult to photograph. I do have a few........maybe another day I'll post one. Thanks for joining in.....

o ya mine has been it that cave since i got him 1 month ago! do you have any ideas bout wut other fish i shouyld get already have CB angle, 2 false percs and a scooter blenny

here is one for me. nikon d100 standard fixed telephoto lens. with flash. 6.1 mega pix.
ever since i got the 20k lights it has been a real pain to take pics. of all my cameras this one is my best and even it has trouble with the blue. had trouble finding just one lol. pic one for me and just delete one NM lol

Sounds like a decent combination of fish already....and without specifics on your system I wouldn't even dare to suggest any additions.

Besides thats a bit off topic for this thread anyway......maybe start another thread in either fish or reefs and post your system specs....I'm confident numerous of members can help suggest additions.

Both photos are outstanding.....spot on color and great detail!!!! I've looked at the Nikon D100 a few times.....I believe my next camera will be a Digital Rebel XT...but thats a ways off......
As for the 20K lights...I've seen talked about auto adjusting the white balance to even things out....but lots of folks seem to have a difficult time getting true to the eye pics under 20K lamps. Thats one of the reasons I still run my actinic VHO's and 10K MH's.....

Go ahead and post......my earlier pics were nothing....but over time critics and practice and equipment improvements have steadily improved my quality(at least in my eye).....thats the whole point of the thread....post what ya got....maybe somebody can help improve on what you do.....and maybe some of us will just go.....WOW!!!!!!!
Either way...its a photography forum....so don't be skeeeeeeeeered.......

that xt is a very nice camera. looked at it a long time. then chose the nikon for a few basic reasons. weight/size/ lens/LCD screen/and turn on time. none of which really help it take better picturs but all things i wanted.
i have also been shocked at the quality of some of the "lesser prices" cameras. one of my other digitals is a HP 715 3.1 it can really take some killer pics. dont get me wrong it is easy to tell the difference when you get into it but there are still some great cameras out there without breaking the 500 dollar mark

ooo i love fire fish. this fire fish is my oldest tank mate. the very first fish we got 3 years ago. this guy has lived through ALOT. i love how he always looks ticked off

Here's a pic with my Minolta DiMage G500 5 megapixels. The pic is with no flash in macro mode. I was lucky to get this pic because this eel rarely comes out all the way.

This was one of the first pictures I took of my tank, and its still one of the few good ones I have managed to capture. I dont know what kind of hermit it is. Shot with a Kodak EasyShare CX7220, macro mode.

Pictures are awesome, here is one of mine. Taken with a Sony cybershot 3.2 megapixel under the normal mode without flash of course. That is all, hope you enjoy.

I have the hardest time taking a pic of my yellow tang. He is sooooo shy. The cleaner shrimp is by far the easiest for me.
Anyways here is clowny in my newly purchased Anemone.
