Thanks, glad you like the idea. I also like to just see images sometimes. So far it has been tough to get people to upload their own images though. Hopefully once a few people start we can get others to follow.

Few tips...
- on FireFox, the top navigation won't show the dropdown, the banner is on the layer over it. You may want to fix that
- I didn't see any type of disclaimer on the site and who owns the photos once they are downloaded.
- anybody sending their pictures in, please remember to protect your property by putting a watermark over the image.

i use firefox and have no problem with it, but will investigate the problem. There is a photo usage policy on the website that states all photos are copyright of the photographer, which means they still own them.
I am working on a watermark system to add the copyright information to the bottom of the image.

Users who register can now change their email and password.
If someone wants to buy the rights to use your photo on their website there is a contact form they can use to contact you. Email addresses will remain hidden.

I added a feature so when you upload an image it will place copyright information right on the image at the bottom.

you might consider selling the photos. Like if say swf needs photos of a clown fish they could come to you and offer to buy them. And you have an option to allow sale of the photo or not. And if they opt in they can sell the usage of the photograph, like a gallery.

For now if swf wanted to buy the rights to use a photo they can contact the photographer directly from the site. I may add a feature to make it easier later.

are the photos coming in now? when I looked a little while back there wasnt anything. Ill see if I have some fish that you dont have pics of yet

sent the photo in my avatar but there isnt a lionfish listed in the species list on the site and if there is I couldnt find it

The photos are starting to come in, but still few and far between.
I will also add the species to the list and update the photo. Thanks for adding the photo.

do you have a bigger picture? That image is too small for the site, I had to delete it.
