I found some Nannochloropsis that someone is selling and was wondering if it will work for gorgonians and feather dusters? She said that it will ship to me in 2 days, 3 days MAX. Will it be alright, the phytoplankton,?

i believe miracle grow isnt the best option because it has a lot of phosphates? if you search google for talking reef, there's a website where they have videos on just about everything. they have excellent videos on how to setup your phytoplankton culture and also how to setup a rotifer culture

Oh yeah, forgot to ask, what brand of salt is the best for making phytoplankton cultures?

tetraselmis is also good for immune systems btw. when i was growing i would do some tetraselmis and some nannochloropsis.

i would just get the cheap instant ocean that you find at petsmart in those little boxes. the specific gravity should be at 1.019 for nanno
