hey what type of phytoplankton do all of you use? i just started culturing my own but that wont be ready for some time. as it turns out my dt went bad so im looking for a good replacement.
any suggestions would be appreciated
nope not required.........i use something called bioplankton.....they have a website and the stuff is alot easier to store and use than DT's...more $ but last longer and seems to be loved by my clams....they also make a coralplankton that has cyclopeeze which in my view is a revolution the marine hobby...
Brad
I have currently started to grow my own plankton which i have started with my leftover DT's...I would like to hear some of your theories on making the plankton
DT's wont work, DT's plankton contains 4 strains of plankton species, they will kill each other you need to start with a single celled disk that can be bought online
sorry.
