those are always on the two 402 power heads run at max and the three 802's run at there min. then for filter turn over I run a mag 12 wide open splitting the it to returns on each side. the filter is a amiracle MR 400 with a Kent TE skimmer that is run by a Rio2500 the tank itself is a 125 72x18x22 with 120lbs sand and 180lbs LR lighting (pic attached) is 12 36" 95W VHOs altho i am thinking of switch to 3 400MH's and 4 72" vho actinics. bulb wise i run 2 10ks, 2 20ks, 8 actinics, Also is the beast that roams the tank at night and sleeps upside down under the rock never bother and fish fin but loves his raw shrimp he eats two 60-80 shrimp every other night or when hes hungry. it's a red volitian lion for those that can't tell the differance in lions.
