Please don't take this the wrong way, but if you ask for answers/opinions, you're going to get them on this board and people won't hold back. I have read just about all of your threads, and you are constantly having issues do to not following accepted techniques for properly keeping a saltwater aquarium.
Honestly, the stock list you have going on in this tank, the bioload it produces and the fact that you only do water changes once a month is all harming your fish.
Your stock list is stressing your fish out. You're not quarantining, so you may have introduced a parasite to your tank making things even worse. If you say something white on your fish and now it's gone, that to me sounds like Ich.
You really need to get rid of that eel, I am 90% sure that it's stressing out your fish. To add to that, you don't have that much live rock for the fish to hide from one another when they do get stressed.
As for the bladder issue, it's probably an internal parasite, as you did not quarantine this fish to rule that out. What does it eat?
I saw in another thread that you're now thinking of keeping a Rhinopias. IMO, you have a lot to work on before you try one of these harder to keep species. They need pristine water parameters and take some time to get to eat. If you're in the practice of only changing water once a month and using tap water, I guarantee you that this will cause major issues with this fish.

Why ask for help/advice; then totally ignore or take offense at what you hear? There is no soft, gentle way to tell you that your fishkeeping practices are a disaster. What you're doing is so far from acceptable ( and not just my definition of acceptable) that I sometimes wonder if you're really doing all this. This is a wonderful. lifetime hobby/addiction; but if you don't make some major changes in what you are doing; you will lose everything and probably leave the hobby.

Sooner or later the lion will probably attempt to eat the clownfish. As the lion grows, it will be able to eat larger items, and a little clownfish is going to look like lunch. It may not actually ever eat it, but it will probably try though.
Your fish could be stressd tomorrow, or three years from now. There is no set time table for whn it might happen, but it will. There are a lot of factors that come into play such as how much rock is there for the fish to hide and set up their own little territories, how often they're fed, what order they're added in and what is added after them, water changes.
The reason you're reprimanded for the fish you've placed in this tank is because even as small, juveniles, angels and tangs are what are referred to as "open water swimmers." They need 6' long tanks to have length to swim, even when they're young. They also need the amount of live rock that a larger tank offers for them to pick at (they need algae/greens in their diet to keep their immune system intact). IMO, even a 3" tang or angel needs a large tank for swimming room.
Besides the swimming room issue, a moray eel with inverts, clowns and small fish is NOT a good idea. This is going to stress out your fish.

in the long run meaning it will br fine when it reaches its max size shure you can keep a sailfin in a 72 for maybe a year but they grow fast and it should be advised to give it away or upgrade to the right sized tank the clown can stay in there and so can the lion i belive

but the lion may eat the clown
IMO&IME; its not "may" eat the clown, I think the lion is a Volitan and its just a question of when. Well fed volitans are incredibly fast growing fish that can easily eat fish 1/2 their size.A while back, I had a 12" Volitan eat the biggest (about 7 1/2") female maroon clown that I've ever seen. I doubted it would happen and was warned......next time, i'll listen.
