picasso with cloudy eyes?

I have noticed that my Picasso trigger has had cloudy eyes ever since I put him in my tank. The water conditions are ph-8.2, nitrate-40, nitrite->.l, and ammonia-0(Salifert). My tank has been established for about 5 months. My trigger is doing great and follows me around the tank and eats his food with percision. The film on his eyes is greenish when he swims next to the light. Is this normal or is it a problem and how do I solve? I am worried about this because I am thinking about adding another fish. Thanks for all your help and time! No other tank mates for now FO system. thanks

The eyes seem to be kind of shiny and some cloudy at times. You can always see this in his eyes sometimes more then others. There is no pupil center where there is no film, however it seems to be more at the top of the eyes. No rainbow effect. You have to be really close in order to see his eyes with this film., Thanks for the quick reply.
