On advice in another thread, I got some Ball's pickling lime.
Question is...ingredients say "hydrated lime"...how do I know that this is pure CaOH? For anyone who uses it, how do you know? (besides from the words of other members)
Also, Kip, if you're reading, I know you said you prefer Mrs. Wages...any reason? I got Ball's because it was half the price for the same amount.
