What are you paying for clams at your LFS. In Raeigh, NC., it seams like they have shot up recently. 5 inch croceas are going for $70 and 3-4 inch for $60. Use to be $35-$50. I have about an 8 inch Squamosa that I paid $40 (steal I know) for 9 months ago and I saw a smaller one in the "good" LFS for $120?
I need some crocea's for a 24G cube. Are they going up everywhere?
