I have an 80 gal hex, with rock work set up very sim. to yours, but I'm about to switch over to a standard 125 gal. tank and get away from the hex, it has been a challenging tank because of the depth, but they are pretty.

The depth does make them challenging. However, I live in a condo so I don't have a lot of room. So the hex was the biggest tank with the smallest footprint I could have. Hopefully I will be able to get everything into a new tank early next year, but we will see....
