Thanks! I saw him at the LFS and thought he was beautiful, so I had them hold him for me until I got him on Friday.
My tank is at work, so I don't get to see what's going on at all times, I just know that when I went to check on them yesterday, I didn't see him swimming around and saw that he was wedged into some rocks in the back. After I fed everyone, he did come out and swim around the back "cave" area for about 5 minutes, but that was it.
I'll see them again tomorrow, so I hope that maybe by then, he will have settled in a bit and will feel more comfortable coming out more. My percula clown and bicolor blenny are pretty peaceful, so I wouldn't think that they would bother him.... they would be "curious" about him, but I don't think that they would bother him. I took my sixline wrasse back to the LFS last week before I got the yellowfin because I KNEW it would be disaster if he stayed.
I feed my fish a variety of frozen mysis, brine and marine cuisine, soaked in garlic plus, zooplex and omega fatty acids vitamins. Do you think that the yellowfin will eat this? What do you feed yours?
Thanks so much for your help! I will definately keep you updated on the progress!
