Here's my Eclipse 37 gallon tank which is about 3 months old and doing great besides the fact that I have no protein skimmer. Any suggestions to make it better...thanks

I am using a retrofit lighting kit since it’s an enclosed eclipse (Not for long though!). 65 watt power compact fluorescents & 5 moonlights are my lighting. List of stock includes:
80+ lbs of live rock
60 lbs live sand
2 clowns
4 damsels
2 blennys
1 goby
2 cleaner shrimp
2 peppermint shrimp (NEVER see them)
3 star fish (small, medium & brittle)
tons of various snails, hermit crabs & all those good cleaners
leather coral (bottom right hand corner & strugglin!)
LOTS of various mushrooms
6 feather dusters
Brain coral
White xenia
Branch coral
Bubble coral
& a few other corals that I can't name of the top of my head right now
lot’s of different polyps & mushrooms everywhere because of the low light and absence of a skimmer in my tank
