Yep it's a blue velvet damsel although it thinks it is a clown always hanging out with the two false percs. I wish I had room for an imperator, maybe I'll get one in myt next tank. Unless you were talking about the one in the pic with the hammer coral, that was a purple firefish.
I have about 65lbs of LR in there believe it or not. I guess it's just the way it is setup that makes it look like less.

I'll try and get a good one for you tonight. His blue lines really glow under the lights and as far as damsels go he is very well mannered. I have never seen him chase another fish or shrimp and he stays away from my corals. But since it thinks it's a clown I guess that is why.

looks beautiful what are type of lights are you using?

For now only 110 watts of actinic and 110 of 10,000 k. I am working on a sump and when I can move my skimmer down there I will double that lighting.
