pics ?

I want post some pics but I just can't figure it out. I've tried using the thingy but no good. In the box at the bottom of the page called forum rules say's that:
HTML code is OFF
vB code is ON
Smilies are ON[img]code is OFF
How do I change this? It's real frustrating. :mad: :mad:

That is exactly what mine says and I can post pics so I don't think that is your problem

Are your pic stored on your computer or are they hosted on the web?
