My clowns hung out behind my filter. Maybe you should move the BTA. It shouldn't be in a cave. It needs light. How long has it been there? Are you spot feeding it? Maybe Thomas will come around and tell us what you should do. I think maybe you should try to move it into the light

Well he went inside the cave 2 days after I got him.  That was over a month ago. After that I removed the piece of LR on the top of the cave and now the BTA is in full light.

I was thinking to move that big piece of LR (approx 35 lbs). Maybe just turn it around so the BTA will be facing the PH.

Is he attached to a rock? I say try to move him. Move him where you might like him to be. Hang the picture on the side where the clowns hang out Maybe they will get the message and maybe he will stay where you put him.
Thomas told me to feed him where I moved the BTA too. So maybe you could try to move him and then feed him in that spot.

Then if it is so big maybe you could do what you said and turn the rock around. They aren't that hard to get off the rock either if you decide to do that. I had to do that a couple of times.

Please let me know how can i get him to move. I already tried pointing a PH on him but didn't work.

Just move him. PIck him up. That is how I moved mine. Just be careful. They come unattached very easy.
Man I have to say though - my clown fish are now little butts. Before they got attached to the anemone I could almost pet them. Now they attack me. I can't even move a rock without getting bitten. ARRGGG

Oh well mine doesn't sting at all. But I wouldn't want you to take a chance. :scared:

I have a 24g nano with a modded hood. It is similiar to this hood but mine is for a 24g tank. I'll get pictures when I do the next water change in a couple days. My mod has a 70w DE MH and 2 36W pc 50/50, moonlights but does not fuge light.
I'm in the process of starting a 90gal so the Nano may eventually be phased out and things moved to the 90g. Or I may just keep the clowns and BTA in the nano.

I have a GBTA and two small percs and I am now trying to get my percs to start hosting the anemone. It has been 10 days and I have had the picture up for a about 5 days now. My little bold clown will up to the anemone and look at it but then swims away. It has been doing this for about 3 days now but I have yet to see it touch it.
Please, if you have any others ideas that will help please let me know.
