pictures: pls look at my torch. head touching rock. is that bad

my torch seem to be dying. i posted couple of pic. Two of the heads seems to be damaged. Is it because the head is touching the rock? will my whole coral die? should i move to another location?

Is there a signifigant amount of brown on it?

Yeah...if there is brown on it, it could be brown jelly disease......then you need to cut the bad heads off...and fw dip them......possibly if you have s ump, put them in there
You may also want to fw dip the other heads
I had a hammer this happend to, and the head that did not have it is fine now

okay those two head are completely dead now. I dip the whole coral in REEF DIP for about 10 mins and put it back on. The dead head had jelly link thing inside i put it infront of powerhead and all dead stuff got washed away. those two heads are now empty. (Do i still need to cut?? or can i leave alone). other 3 heads are doing very good for now.
