What is the best placement for a pink hammerhead coral? have had it for 2 months and no noticible growth..
nitrates about 20ppm
amonia 0
nitirite 0
calcium 450
KH 8
ph 8.2
dose with iodide, reef plus and C-balance
lighting is
48" coralife T5 with 2 actinic
36" coralife T5 with 1 actinic and 1 10,000k daylight
3pc 20watt 50/50 coralife bulbs..
tank is 75g
anything?

Are you testing for the things you are adding? With that lighting, I would put it high up. Are the 3 20w coralife bulbs pc, or does that mean 'pieces'? NO bulbs made by coralife are essentially useless. They are not powerful enough to support corals. You would be better off getting rid of them, and going with two atinics and two 10k bulbs. I would also either switch to all 48" or use the 10ks on the 48" strip.

i test for everything i add...
the 3 seperate 20watt power compact lights are 1/2 10,000k daylight and 1/2 actinic..
the pink hammer head is up near the top now... can nitrates affect their growth.. is 20 to high?

The nitrate is a little on the high side (you ideally want it undetectable), but not terrible. I think it would help if you upgraded your lighting. 20w pc bulbs are not terribly powerful, and are not going to pentrate very far into the tank. Three 20w bulbs is not the same as a single 60w bulb in terms of intensity. It would be better if you went to all 48" bulbs.

would 1 150w MH 14,000k be sufficent with my 48" and 36" T5?s
also do they make 75w MH bulbs.. i have 2 75w HPS fixtures i could use.. would a MH bulb work in a HPS designed fixture?
i also have candy cane coral, xenia's, mushrooms, polups, sebae anemone all doing very well

If you're going to go the MH route, you should get 2 bulbs over a 48" tank (it's usually 2 feet per bulb). I think you'd be better off if you just went with more 48" T5s. You don't have anything in the tank that needs halides, and the T5s will be cheaper.
