pink tail/hawaiiwan black trigger in 90?

I currenty have a 240 in my living room with a queen angel, clownfish, hippo tang, snails, cleaner shrimp, etc.... Now I really want to do an aggressive setup in my bedroom. The tank I am looking at is 48x18x25. They say it is a 100, I think it is around 90. Thinking about building a live rock mountain in the middle along with lots of hiding spots on the sides and allowing for alot of swimming room.
Maybe I would be better with two smaller rock formations on the two sides...?
Can I add these two triggers? My plans are for:
one pink tail trigger
one hawaiian black OR picasso trigger
one eel - a snowflake or a zebra

try to stack two islands on each side. since trigers are territorial. why not the pinktail in the 240???
