I purchased a Pink Tip Haitian Anemone a few months ago and everything has been fine until about a week ago. It moved to a different location in the tank, then tonight I came out of another room and noticed my water was cloudy, which it NEVER has been. Long story short, a couple hours later I realized the Anemone was no longer in his new home, could not find him anywhere. I think I have found a few 'pieces' of him on the LR. Looks like he either got destoyed by my Koralia 4 or sucked into my in-line filter pump.
Either way, is this dangerous to my fish? Are toxins going to be released? Should I take any quick measures?
I have already done a 10g water change, have 3 more buckets filling now and will do another 15 gallon change tomorrow.
110g tank, minimal corals.
Thank you!
