What's the pink'iest coral out there? I mean... neon under actinic kind of pink somethings.

Hot pink ricordia from FLRicordia. At least that is the pinkest I got.

There are some real nice pink stylaphora out there when you can find them.

I like stylophora and pink striped candy canes. The candy canes look somewhat neon under actinics, but not as much as most bright SPS.

As for SPS, the pocilloporids can be really pink - check out stylophora, seriatopora, and pocilipora.
There are also some really nice pink LPS, like blastomussa and especially some of the brain corals like cynarina, scolymia, trachyphyllia, lobophyllia, etc.
Of course, there's also the pink tube anemones and the RBTAs.
