Pipe Organ Coral Help

I recently was at a LFS and came across a Pipe Organ Coral frag for cheap - couldn't pass it up. I know, I know - impulse buying not a good thing...
Anyway, I've researched on these boards and other websites and haven't gotten much info - or I got conflicting info on them.
Does anyone have experience with them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I got mine yesterday through the mail. How long am I looking at before it opens? If it doesnt open in a paticular time frame, can I assume it didnt make it?

I have mine vary high up in my tank. About 8 inchs below a MH. Likes med. flow. From what i have read and experanced with mine in the last year they like alot of light and changing currents. Once it starts growing its fast.
