Does anyone want any pipe organ polyps. There are 3 polyps. All large. Id like a small patch of zoos, something like 5 polyps.

The shot isnt so good, but the polyps are really a creamy tan color, and the stalks are really much brighter than seen. I may be able to find more. My decorator loses them all the time. Ill glue hem to a piece of old clamshell for you.

Well there wa a reason it died off. Did you have proper lights, proper water parameters.......All the books I have read says its not a beginnners coral, but I obtained a frag by accident that was only about 2 or three tubes total that was hidden in a scoop of live sand that I bought for my 2 gal pico one time. That little frag emerged up out of the sand with a bright green top, and caught my wifes eye one day. We watched it and soonit was evident it was a pipe organ. It has now grown numerous times larger and most of our tanks have frags off that original small piece. Most are the sizes of baseballs or larger, as the stuff grows fantastic, and as to not being recomended for a beginer, I fin dit one of the easiet corals yet, right there along with mushrooms IMHO. I do find that it does better if its in a sand bed than if its attached to a piece of LR though.

ine just drifted into the rock, how do you get urs to be green, my LFS withy the exact same lighting as me has those awesome green polyps, and when I bought mine they looked the same. They soo turned a creamy cofee color. HTe parent colony of that one is in the sand. that piece got knocked of by a snail, and it drifted to,its current position. The parent colony has 2 new stalks

IIRC Pipe Organ comes in three different colors.a tan or creme, silver or white and also green. The tubes are usually a red color.
